Katerina Melitsopoulou
MA CCC-SLP, TSHH, Bilingual Extension Founder/Director
Katerina Melitsopoulou, MA CCC-SLP, TSHH, Bilingual Extension is a New York State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and the Founder and Director of Premium Therapy. She earned her Master of Arts Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Lehman College, CUNY. She has 19 years of experience working with children of
all ages. Katerina has been a Speech Department Supervisor in preschool settings for seven years. She is Trilingual and provides therapy and evaluations in English, Spanish and Greek. Katerina is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), an affiliate of ASHA's Special Interest Group 14 (Communication Disorders and Sciences in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Populations), a member of ASHA's Hispanic Caucus, and a member of the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology.

Karen Berenson
MS CF, TSSLD
Karen Steinberger-Berenson,
MS CF-TSSLD, is a clinical fellow who earned her Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology at Touro College’s School of Health and Sciences. Karen earned her Bachelor of Arts from Stern College, where she majored in Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology. She has worked with pediatric and adult populations. She has provided services in schools, rehabilitation facilities, and clinical settings. She has experience providing evaluation and therapy services for a variety of pathologies including, receptive and expressive delays, developmental delays, articulation and phonological disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. She has also evaluated and provided services for clients who
have had strokes resulting in aphasia. Karen is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
Michelle Shepard
MS CCC-SLP, TSSLD, Bilingual Ext
Michelle Shepard, MS CCC-SLP, TSSLD is a clinical fellow with experience working with both pediatric and adult populations. She earned her Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Michelle has provided therapy services in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, clinics, and schools. She has experience working with bilingual clients with Autism, developmental delays, fluency disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, and apraxia. Michelle has also provided evaluations and therapy for clients who have had strokes and traumatic brain injuries resulting in dysphagia and aphasia. Michelle is
an ASHA member.
Johanna Kreisbuch
MS CF-SLP, TSSLD
Johanna Kreisbuch, MS CF-SLP, TSSLD earned her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University. Johanna is an ASHA member and has provided bilingual therapy services in schools, clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities. Her pediatric experience includes clients with receptive and expressive language delays, developmental delays, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, hearing impairments and cleft palate. Johanna has also evaluated and provided therapy for adult clients with dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, and cognitive-linguistic deficits due to varying diagnoses.
Joan Fleischer
MS CF-SLP, TSSLD
Joan Fleischer, MS CF-SLP, TSSLD earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from New York University. Joan earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Linguistics. She has provided therapy services in school, clinic, and hospital settings. Joan has experience working with the evaluation and treatment of language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, autism spectrum disorders, aphasia, apraxia, and swallowing disorders.
Rebecca Kellogg
MS CF-SLP, TSSLD
Rebecca Kellogg, MS CF-SLP, TSSLD is a clinical fellow with experience in evaluation and treatment of a variety of communication and swallowing disorders. She has worked with pediatric and adult populations. Rebecca earned her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a Bilingual Extension certificate in French. Rebecca has provided therapy services in school, clinic, and home settings to monolingual and bilingual clients. Rebecca is an ASHA member.
Sarah Van Auken
MS CF-SLP, TSSLD
Sarah Van Auken, MS CF-SLP, TSSLD is a clinical fellow who earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting at the University of the Arts and worked as a dialectician for regional theatre companies, as well as a substitute teacher/tutor in voice and speech at the University of the Arts. Sarah has provided speech-language services in schools, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facilities and clinical settings. She has experience providing evaluation and therapy services for adult and pediatric populations with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders including: phonological, voice and motor speech disorders, dysphagia, aphasia and reductions in cognitive linguistic abilities.

Thomas Ellison

Thomas Ellison, MA CF-SLP, TSSLD is a clinical fellow who earned his Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Lehman College, CUNY. He has experience with the evaluation and treatment of language and communication disorders in both pediatric and adult populations. Thomas has treated disorders related to receptive and expressive language delays, voice, articulation and phonology, fluency, and aphasia. He has provided therapy in rehabilitation facilities, clinics, and schools.
